• Minimum order quantities apply to custom manufacturing and toll manufacturing engagements and are specified at time of quote
• Pricing is subject to change without notice due to raw material market conditions, logistics costs, and other factors
• All custom manufacturing and toll manufacturing engagements are governed by separate written agreements, which supersede these Terms where applicable

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, page layouts, product descriptions, formulation tool outputs, graphics, trademarks, and the IntelliForm™ name and methodology — is the intellectual property of ChemRich USA LLC or its affiliated entities and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

The IntelliForm™ name, formulation methodology, and AI-assisted outputs are proprietary to ChemeNova LLC, a sister company of ChemRich USA LLC. Outputs generated by IntelliForm™ tools on this Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

• Downloading publicly available documents (SDS, TDS) for internal use is permitted
